Real Time Sales Positioning / Strategic Closing Solution / Mastery Mentorship
OBJXN AI is an AI-assisted sales positioning and strategic closing application. It supports sales professionals during customer interactions by providing real-time positioning guidance, strategic closing support, and mastery mentorship.
How it works: OBJXN AI does not record or retain raw audio. Speech recognition uses Chrome's built-in speech-to-text feature (the Web Speech API), provided by Google, which converts your spoken audio to text. OBJXN AI does not control whether Chrome processes the audio locally or through Google's speech-recognition infrastructure. OBJXN AI's application servers do not record, receive, or retain the underlying audio; the browser's speech-recognition functionality may process the audio as described above. A brief transcription of the resulting text is sent to our strategic response hub to generate a response, which is returned to your device — that excerpt is used only to generate the response and is not itself stored or retained by OBJXN AI. The one exception is the consent exchange, which is retained as a verification record as described in Section 3. See our Privacy Policy for the full explanation, including Google's role as the speech-recognition provider. Before each session, the Application presents a disclosure screen. Speech processing does not activate until you confirm the disclosure.
By creating an account or using OBJXN AI, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement; (c) you have read and understand these Terms; and (d) you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you are using OBJXN AI on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
OBJXN AI includes a consent capture feature designed to help users obtain verbal consent before beginning a session in which a real second person's voice will be processed — a VOIP Session, or a Dual Role Play session (see Section 4).
How it works:
The Application displays a brief disclosure script on screen for you to read aloud to the other party — the Application does not play any audio disclosure itself. After reading it, you tap to begin listening, and the Application transcribes the other party's spoken reply as text, using the same browser-based speech recognition described in Section 1. If consent is given, a text-based record of the exchange — including the disclosure script that was read, the transcript generated from the other party's reply, and metadata such as timestamp and device information — is securely stored for compliance verification. Speech recognition can be incomplete or inaccurate, so this transcript reflects what the recognition engine captured, not necessarily a word-for-word record of what was said. This record is bounded to the consent exchange only; it does not continue capturing the call once the session actually begins. OBJXN AI itself does not record, transmit, or store audio at any point in this process — only the resulting text. If consent is declined, or if no response is detected before the listening window ends, the session cannot proceed and a text-based record of that outcome is logged instead.
Speech processing does not activate until consent is captured and you confirm the disclosure screen.
This consent capture system applies to any session where a real second person's voice will be processed — VOIP Sessions, and Dual Role Play sessions where a colleague is practicing with you. Single Role Play sessions do not require or use this consent capture system, since no one else's voice is involved — see Section 4 below.
This system is intended to assist users in satisfying applicable consent and disclosure requirements. It does not determine whether legally sufficient consent has been obtained in any particular jurisdiction or circumstance. You remain responsible for ensuring your use of OBJXN AI complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
OBJXN AI supports two distinct session types, and it is important to understand the difference.
A VOIP Session is intended for use on a live call placed through a VOIP or softphone platform (for example, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, Zoom Phone, or similar services) where a real customer or other third party is on the line. VOIP Sessions require and use the Two-Party Consent Capture System described in Section 3 above.
Using a VOIP or softphone platform does not, by itself, eliminate or reduce any consent, recording, monitoring, or disclosure obligations that may apply to a conversation. Applicable laws may depend on the participants, their locations, the nature of the communication, and how the communication is processed — not on what network or technology carries the call.
A Roleplay Session is intended for practice, and comes in two forms with different consent requirements:
Roleplay Mode must never be used on a live call with a customer. Single Role Play skips consent capture because no other person's voice is involved — using it on a live call would mean transcribing the customer's speech without their knowledge or agreement, which may violate consent and recording laws in your jurisdiction. Always use VOIP Session for a live customer call.
OBJXN AI does not support use during a call placed through your device's standard phone dialer over a cellular carrier network. This is a device-level limitation, not a defect in the Application: mobile operating systems isolate microphone access from third-party applications during an active cellular call, so speech cannot be reliably captured or transcribed through OBJXN AI in that scenario. Use OBJXN AI with a supported VOIP or softphone platform instead.
Single Role Play is unaffected by this limitation because it does not involve a live call or another person's speech. A user may use Single Role Play on a cellular device to practice speaking aloud. Single Role Play must not be used to process, transcribe, monitor, or analyze another person's speech, including speech from a customer or other call participant on speakerphone.
Laws regarding consent, recording, and AI disclosure vary by state and country. OBJXN AI is not a recording tool — it does not create an audio or video recording of your calls, and using it does not by itself satisfy or eliminate any consent, recording, or disclosure obligation that would otherwise apply to your conversation. OBJXN AI's consent capture system, described in Section 3, is designed to assist with compliance, but does not determine whether consent is legally required, whether a disclosure is legally sufficient, or whether valid consent was actually obtained in any particular jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Application — including compliance with any AI-disclosure requirements, not only recording and consent laws — meets all applicable legal obligations. OBJXN AI LLC is not a party to your conversations and cannot provide legal advice regarding your specific obligations.
OBJXN AI provides AI-generated sales positioning and mentoring guidance for professional development. AI-generated content is not legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for evaluating how to use any guidance provided.
This guidance is a decision-support tool delivered only to you, the user — never directly to the other party on a session. You review each suggestion and decide independently whether and how to act on it; OBJXN AI does not use sessions to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you or on any other person. You are solely responsible for decisions made in connection with any customer, prospect, employee, or other person based on or influenced by the Services.
Use of the Services does not create an attorney-client, financial-advisor, fiduciary, employment, agency, partnership, or other professional relationship between you and OBJXN AI LLC.
Except for Your Content (defined below), the Services and all related software, technology, interfaces, designs, documentation, trademarks — including OBJXN AI, Real Time Sales Positioning, Strategic Closing Solution, and Mastery Mentorship — and other materials are owned by or licensed to OBJXN AI LLC.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Your Content. You retain ownership of the product and business information you enter into the Application, and of your session results and Mastery Report content. You grant OBJXN AI a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and otherwise use that content solely as necessary to operate, secure, and provide the Services to you, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. AI-generated responses produced during your sessions are made available to you for your use in connection with the Services; OBJXN AI does not claim ownership of your underlying business content merely because it was used to generate a response.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance in USD. Your subscription begins immediately upon payment.
By subscribing, you authorize OBJXN AI LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
If you enrolled online, you may cancel your subscription online at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation requires no phone call, no email, no survey, and no additional steps beyond those required to sign up. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and you will receive an on-screen confirmation. You retain access through the end of your billing period.
Our subscription practices are designed to comply with applicable federal and state automatic-renewal and negative-option requirements, including California's Automatic Renewal Law.
From time to time OBJXN AI LLC may offer promotional pricing, such as a percentage off the first month's subscription fee. Promotional pricing applies only to the period stated in the offer; your subscription will renew at the then-current standard rate for your plan after the promotional period ends, unless you cancel before that renewal.
All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, including for any unused portion of a billing period, except where required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges — see Click-to-Cancel above — but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid renewal, cancel before your next billing date. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price change by email to the address associated with your account, and/or through an in-app notification.
Session limits apply per your subscription tier. Unused sessions do not roll over.
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OBJXN AI LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or that AI-generated content will be accurate for every situation. You are responsible for evaluating how to use the guidance provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OBJXN AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (i) one hundred dollars ($100), or (ii) the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OBJXN AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims, losses, or expenses arising to the extent from: (a) your unlawful use or misuse of the Application; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your failure to comply with applicable consent, recording, or privacy laws; (d) your infringement of any third party's rights; or (e) your unauthorized processing or recording of another person's speech through the Application.
The Services depend on a number of systems outside our control, including Chrome and its speech-recognition feature, Google's infrastructure, VOIP and softphone platforms, our AI service provider, and general internet connectivity. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control — including browser updates, operating-system changes, third-party API or infrastructure changes, changes by our AI model or service provider, security incidents outside our reasonable control, outages or changes by any of the third-party providers described in our Privacy Policy, internet or telecommunications failures, acts of God, government action, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Before filing any legal action, contact us at support@objxn.com and attempt to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, either party may elect binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, unless both parties agree otherwise.
You and OBJXN AI LLC agree that disputes will be resolved individually, not as part of any class or representative action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
Cancelling your subscription (to stop future billing) and terminating your account (to close it entirely) are different actions. To cancel your subscription, use Click-to-Cancel in your account dashboard as described in Section 10 — this stops future charges but does not by itself delete your account. To terminate your account entirely, contact support@objxn.com. We may also suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Sections 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must use a strong, unique password and must not share your login credentials with anyone else. You must notify us promptly at support@objxn.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to, or use of, your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
In the course of using OBJXN AI, you may submit non-public business information — for example, details about a customer, a deal, pricing, or a competitive situation. We will treat non-public information you submit through the Services as confidential, and will not disclose it except as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Services, to comply with applicable law, to enforce these Terms, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. We will not use session transcripts, session results, or consent records to train, fine-tune, or develop AI models. We collect and retain only what's reasonably necessary to provide the Services — see the Data Minimization section of our Privacy Policy for more detail.
This confidentiality commitment does not extend to information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of ours, that you disclose to us without any obligation of confidentiality, or that we are required to disclose by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict on how personal information is processed, the Privacy Policy controls as to that processing.
We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining security, resolving disputes, complying with legal obligations, and maintaining required compliance records. Consent records may be retained for a longer period where reasonably necessary to document the circumstances under which consent was captured or to satisfy applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Specific retention periods for each category of data are set out in the Data Retention section of our Privacy Policy.
By creating an account or using the Services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including account notices, service announcements, billing notices, security alerts, and legally required notices. You may not opt out of transactional or legally required communications while maintaining an account. Marketing communications, if any, are handled separately and you may opt out of those at any time.
If you voluntarily submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback about OBJXN AI, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you, and without any obligation to keep it confidential. We will not publicly identify you as the source of feedback without your permission.
VOIP Sessions and Dual Role Play sessions involve processing another person's speech — someone who hasn't created an OBJXN AI account or agreed to these Terms themselves (a "Call Participant"). If you use OBJXN AI this way, please provide that person any disclosures, and obtain any permissions, required by applicable law before their speech is processed. The consent capture feature in Section 3 is a tool to help with that — it doesn't shift that responsibility to OBJXN AI or discharge it on your behalf.
As between you and OBJXN AI, you determine who participates in a session and why; OBJXN AI processes that speech only on your behalf and at your direction, to provide you the Services.
