Real Time Sales Positioning / Strategic Closing Solution / Mastery Mentorship
OBJXN AI is an AI-assisted sales positioning and strategic closing application. It supports sales professionals during customer interactions by providing real-time positioning guidance, strategic closing support, and mastery mentorship.
How it works: OBJXN AI does not record or retain raw audio. OBJXN AI relies on Chrome's built-in Web Speech API for speech recognition. Depending on Chrome's configuration and implementation, speech may be processed on the device or transmitted by the browser to Google's speech-recognition infrastructure — OBJXN AI does not control or have visibility into which processing path is used for a particular session. Any processing performed by Google or through Chrome is subject to the applicable Google and/or Chrome terms and privacy disclosures, not this Privacy Policy. OBJXN AI's application servers do not receive, retain, or have access to the raw microphone audio captured by the browser. During an active session, the Application may send a limited text transcription — a short trailing excerpt of the conversation, not the full session — to our strategic response infrastructure to generate a strategic response. That excerpt is used only to generate the response and is not itself stored or retained anywhere by OBJXN AI. The one exception is the consent exchange described below: that specific transcript is retained as a verification record, as described in Section 2. OBJXN AI itself does not intentionally record, store, or transmit session audio; we work only with the text Chrome returns to the browser. Other information, such as account, authentication, payment, security, and consent-verification data, is processed separately as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. Outside of what is described in this Privacy Policy, OBJXN AI's systems are not used, and are not authorized, to access, retain, or use session content for any purpose beyond generating that session's real-time response. See Section 3 for more on Google's role as the speech-recognition provider.
Consent Capture: Before a VOIP Session, or a Dual Role Play session where a colleague is practicing with you, the Application displays a brief disclosure script on screen for you to read aloud to the other party — the Application does not play any audio disclosure itself. The exchange — the disclosure and the transcript generated by the speech-recognition system from the other party's spoken reply — is stored as a verification record, bounded to that consent moment only. Because automated speech recognition may be incomplete or inaccurate, the transcript may not be a word-for-word representation of what was spoken. OBJXN AI itself does not record, transmit, or store audio — only the resulting text. If consent is declined, or if no response is detected in time, the session is blocked and a text record captures the outcome. This consent system is required any time a real second person's voice will be processed — it does not apply to Single Role Play sessions, since no one else's voice is involved. See our Terms of Service for the full explanation of VOIP vs. Roleplay Sessions and your responsibilities.
The consent capture feature does not determine whether consent is legally required, whether a particular disclosure is legally sufficient, or whether a participant has provided legally valid consent. It is a technical tool intended to assist you with your own compliance obligations, not a substitute for them. Speech processing does not activate until consent is captured and you confirm the disclosure screen. You may end any session at any time.
Your name and email address are held by our authentication sub-processor. Subscription status is held by our payment processor. OBJXN AI LLC does not store your password or payment card information. This account information is retained for as long as your account remains active, and for a limited period after account closure as reasonably necessary for legal, tax, account-recovery, or dispute-resolution purposes — see the retention table in Section 10 for the current period.
We collect the email address and any other information you provide when you contact support, along with the content of that communication, to respond to you and maintain a record of the interaction. We also use your account email to send transactional communications — account notices, billing notices, security alerts, and legally required notices.
We may collect technical information generated when you use the Services, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, request identifiers, authentication events, and security events. We use this information to operate and secure the Services, prevent abuse, troubleshoot technical issues, and comply with legal obligations.
You may enter product details — such as company name, product name, competitive advantages, and pricing — to personalize your sessions. This information is stored locally on your device.
At the end of a session, you may choose to save session results locally. Saving is optional and user-initiated. Session results and session history saved through the Application are stored locally in your browser/device storage — they are not uploaded to OBJXN AI's servers merely because you save them locally.
Session duration and session score are calculated and shown to you locally on your device only. Separately, OBJXN AI LLC's cloud database records that a session was completed — your account email and a timestamp, with no duration, score, transcript, or other session content — retained for up to 1 year to manage subscription usage limits.
Each VOIP Session and Dual Role Play session generates a verification record stored in OBJXN AI LLC's cloud database — Single Role Play sessions do not, since no consent capture is required. These records document the Application's recorded outcome of the consent-confirmation process — not a legal determination that valid consent was obtained — and include:
OBJXN AI does not record, transmit, or store audio as part of this process — only the resulting text, as described in Section 1. If consent is declined, or if no response is detected in time, a text-based record of that outcome is stored. Verification records are retained for 7 years from the date of the session — this period reflects the record's purpose as evidence of the consent workflow for dispute resolution, legal or regulatory defense, and misuse prevention, not indefinite retention for its own sake — unless a longer period is required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. This 7-year period applies specifically to consent verification records; other data categories are retained for the shorter periods described in Section 10.
OBJXN AI relies on Chrome's built-in Web Speech API for speech recognition. Depending on Chrome's configuration and implementation, speech may be processed on the device or transmitted by the browser to Google's speech-recognition infrastructure. OBJXN AI does not control, configure, or have visibility into which processing path is used for a particular session, and OBJXN AI's application servers do not receive, retain, or have access to the raw microphone audio. Any processing performed by Google or through Chrome is subject to the applicable Google and/or Chrome terms and privacy disclosures. OBJXN AI does not control Google's processing of audio that occurs outside OBJXN AI's systems.
A brief text transcription of what was said is sent to a third-party AI service provider to generate a strategic response. OBJXN AI does not retain that excerpt after the response-generation transaction is completed — see Section 1. No audio is included in this exchange. OBJXN AI does not use your session transcripts, session results, or consent records to train or develop AI models. The applicable agreement and service terms of our AI service provider prohibit use of submitted content to train or develop their general-purpose AI models.
User accounts, and the verification records described above, are managed and stored by a third-party authentication and database sub-processor under its own privacy policy.
API requests are routed through a third-party infrastructure sub-processor. Standard request metadata may be processed under its own privacy policy.
Subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. OBJXN AI LLC does not handle or store payment card information.
Our website and Application do not currently use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this section.

Our service providers may process personal information in countries other than the country in which you reside. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
Laws regarding consent, recording, and AI disclosure vary by jurisdiction. OBJXN AI's consent capture system is designed to assist with compliance, but you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Application complies with applicable laws. See our Terms of Service for full disclosure responsibilities.
You may delete all locally stored data at any time using the Clear History or Clear Product Data options in the app settings, or by clearing browser site data. Locally stored information may remain accessible to anyone who has access to your device or browser profile — we recommend avoiding use of OBJXN AI on shared or public devices for sensitive conversations.
Verification records generated by the consent capture system are stored securely in our cloud database for compliance purposes. These are text-based records only — including the transcript generated from the consent exchange (the disclosure read and the other party's spoken reply, bounded to that moment only) and metadata such as timestamp and device information. No audio is stored. Using Clear History or Clear Product Data in the app is designed to delete only the data described as locally stored above — it does not delete your verification records, which remain in our cloud database for the retention period stated in Section 2. To request deletion of your verification records specifically, contact support@objxn.com; we will process verified requests subject to the exceptions described in Section 2.
A record that a session was completed — your account email and a timestamp only, see Usage Statistics in Section 2 — is retained in our cloud database for up to 1 year to manage subscription usage limits. It also logs which type of request was made (AI response generation or a live web search) and which AI model handled it, for the same purpose and retention period — never the content of the request or response. If a session is blocked because your plan's daily session limit was reached, we log that this occurred, your account email, and a timestamp, for the same purpose and retention period.
Account information is held by our authentication sub-processor. Subscription and billing information is held by our payment processor. OBJXN AI LLC does not store these directly.
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may have rights to:
OBJXN AI is a Nevada company and does not specifically target or market to users in the EU or UK. To the extent GDPR or UK-GDPR applies to our processing of your personal data, we will honor the following rights and obligations:
We do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law. Nevada residents may contact support@objxn.com with any privacy inquiries. This statement addresses the sale of covered information specifically and is not a representation of complete compliance with every requirement of NRS 603A.
A growing number of other U.S. states have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws, with more taking effect over time. Most of these laws only apply to companies above a certain size (measured by revenue or by the number of consumers whose data they process); as an early-stage company, we do not currently meet most of these thresholds. Some states have broader applicability rules or limited small-business exemptions — for example, Texas generally exempts qualifying small businesses, subject to exceptions including certain sales of sensitive data.
Where a state privacy law applicable to you grants rights beyond those already described in this policy — such as rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing — we will honor a request to exercise those rights within the timeframe required by that law. This statement describes our general approach and is not a representation of complete compliance with every requirement of every state law. To exercise a state privacy right, contact support@objxn.com.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests, using information reasonably necessary to confirm that the request relates to you. We will generally respond to verified privacy requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the applicable reason or exception.
OBJXN AI LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for monetary or other consideration — for any user, in any location. We also do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to build a profile about you for advertising or similar purposes.
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide the Services described in this Privacy Policy — for example, a short trailing excerpt of a conversation rather than the full session, and a consent verification record rather than an ongoing recording. Where we can accomplish a purpose without retaining information, we do not retain it; see the Data Retention table in Section 10.
OBJXN AI generates suggested talking points and strategic guidance for you to review and decide whether to use — it does not make decisions about you or any other person, and is not used to produce legal or similarly significant effects on you or on any other person. See Section 8 of our Terms of Service for more detail on how AI-generated guidance is delivered and used.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, OBJXN AI may act as a service provider on behalf of an account holder, or as an independent business for information we process for our own purposes. When OBJXN AI processes the speech of a Call Participant (see our Terms of Service) during a session, we do so at the account holder's direction — the account holder determines who participates in a session and why. Separately, OBJXN AI processes personal data for its own purposes, such as billing and account administration, security and fraud prevention, and legal compliance; that processing is governed by this Privacy Policy. This section describes our general role and is not itself a data-processing agreement or a representation about the specific contractual terms in place with any given sub-processor.
OBJXN AI uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all API communication and access controls on our systems. Access to cloud-stored verification records is restricted to authorized personnel and systems with a business need to access them. Account credentials are managed and protected by our authentication sub-processor. Session data stored on your device is protected by your device's own security settings.
If we determine that a security incident has affected your personal information, we will provide notification as required by applicable law.
OBJXN AI is intended for professional use by adults aged 18 and over, and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our separate 18-and-over eligibility requirement — see our Terms of Service — applies in addition to this. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact support@objxn.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and provide additional notice where required by applicable law. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Specific periods vary by data type, as summarized below; unless a period is stated otherwise, a longer period may apply where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
| Data | Where | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Consent verification records (Section 2) | OBJXN AI cloud database | 7 years from session date |
| Account & subscription information (Section 2) | Authentication and payment sub-processors | Active account, plus a limited period after closure |
| Support & communications records (Section 2) | OBJXN AI cloud database | As long as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations |
| Session-completion, API-usage, and access-denial records (Section 5) | OBJXN AI cloud database | 1 year |
| Live-call transcript excerpts sent for a strategic response (Section 1) | Not retained by OBJXN AI or its AI service provider | Not stored — used once, then discarded |
| Session audio | Not collected by OBJXN AI — processed only by your browser's speech-recognition vendor (see Section 1) | Not applicable to OBJXN; governed by that browser vendor's own policy |
| Product setup, session results, local session history (Section 5) | Your device only | Until you delete it |
Infrastructure and security logs generated by our third-party providers (see Section 3) are governed by those providers' own retention practices, not this table.
We may change which providers we use to store this data, or move some of it to infrastructure we operate ourselves, as our business evolves. The retention periods in this table describe how long we keep the data, not which provider or infrastructure holds it — if that changes, we will update Section 3 and this table to reflect the current arrangement, as described in Section 9.
VOIP Sessions and Dual Role Play sessions involve a brief consent-capture exchange with another person — described in Section 2 — someone who has not created an OBJXN AI account and has not agreed to this Privacy Policy themselves. If you use OBJXN AI this way, please provide that person any disclosures, and obtain any permissions, required by applicable law before their speech is processed. Our consent-capture feature is a technical tool intended to help with that — it does not obtain that person's consent for you, and it does not determine whether the consent obtained was legally valid. See our Terms of Service for more on your responsibilities in this area.
